New Construction Fact vs. Fiction; Why You Should Be Represented!


  • “If I buy from a builder, I don’t need a Realtor.” FALSE
Just look at their required contracts; they heavily favor the builder. Whose best interest do you think they have in mind?
 
  • “If I use a Realtor when purchasing from a builder, I won’t get as many incentives or discounts.” FALSE
A good Realtor will discover the maximum incentives being made in that particular subdivision and make sure that you get them!
 
  • “Builders don’t like to pay real estate commissions to agents.” FALSE
Many builders rely on agents to bring clients and all have agent commissions built into their marketing budgets. Would you rather they pocket that amount or pay it to an agent looking out for your best interests?
